Ingredients

  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1/2 Ripe Avocado, sliced
  • 2 Slices Whole Grain Bread
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Optional: Red pepper flakes

Instructions

Toast and Prep

Toast your bread slices until golden brown. While toasting, mash the avocado and prepare the pan with olive oil.

Cook the Eggs

Cook the eggs to how you like them (fried, scrambled, poached)

Assemble and Serve

Place the eggs on top of the toast, season with salt and pepper, serve with fruit or veggies if desired.
